When I first placed a call to, Restoration Shoreline Norris Lake Rip Rap, Mr. Shelby was on the road driving. He took the time to pulled off the road and then call me right back to discuss my shoreline restoration needs. That action right there told me that I had called the right person and company to help me with the shoreline restoration at Norris Lake. Why, because he cared enough to stop what he was doing and talk to me about my needs. He also cared enough about the safety of himself and others to pull off the road and give his attention to our phone call. During the restoration process, when I submitted the Shoreline Rock Riprap Permit to the TVA, they explicitly wanted to know what trees/vegetation would be removed. Mr. Shelby quickly went on site to record the trees that needed to be removed during the restoration process, and this information was quickly forwarded to the TVA for final permit approval. Mr. Shelby initiated the shoreline restoration work when Norris Lake was at low pool (wintertime) of 2024. The shoreline restoration work was done professionally, and the quality of work met my high expectations. I am thankful for the attention to detail and the quality of service they provided. As a further example of Mr. Shelby’s character and that of Restoration Shoreline Norris Lake Rip Rap Company - During the restoration process Mr. Shelby gave me a call to tell me that my neighbor’s stainless-steel metal dock line was frayed with just a few metal strands left. He took a picture and sent it to me. He wanted me to make sure that I passed this information along to them. He wanted to make sure their dock got secured before it broke loose and anything worse could happen. Two years later the shoreline restoration is doing its job just as intended. There has been no further shoreline erosion. I highly recommend Mr. Shelby and the Restoration Shoreline Norris Lake Rip Rap Company.

Restoration shoreline designed and installed a lovelly turnaround for our lake access pathway. Incorporating 2 existing large oaks and azellias Blending the rock boarders of existing path into new turnaround area and down existing lake access steps. Keith and crew arrive on time, on scheduled date and complete work I need a very timely and through manner. Highly recommend and very enjoyable to do business with.

We live on Norris Lake and were losing a little more of our shoreline every year due to boat wakes—leaving us swimming in muddy water.
